Terms & Promotion Policy

1.What you're buying

• Instagram Story Promotion ($149): one Instagram Story posted on @lycheestyle, created from the product photos or videos you send, with a tappable link to your Amazon listing.
• Link in Bio add-on: your Amazon link in my Instagram bio for 1 day ($29), 3 days ($79), or 7 days ($169).
• Custom collaborations (feed posts, Reels, or longer campaigns) are quoted separately and are covered only by what we agree to in writing.

2.What you need to send

After you buy, send me 3–5 clear product photos, any product video clips you have, your Amazon listing link, 2–3 key selling points, and anything you don't want mentioned.

By sending these, you confirm that you own or have permission to use them, that your Amazon listing is accurate and live, and that the product claims you give me are truthful and supported.

3.Turnaround

Your Story is created and posted within 24 hours after payment is complete and I've received all required assets and information. If anything is missing, the 24 hours starts when it arrives.

If Instagram is down or limits posting, I'll post your Story as soon as it's possible.

4.How your Story is made

• I create your video from the assets you send. I may use editing and AI tools to create lifestyle scenes, voiceover, and on-screen text.
• I aim to show your product's design, colors, and packaging as accurately as possible, but exact reproduction isn't guaranteed.
• Pre-post approval and revisions aren't included in the $149 Story Promotion.
• Creative choices, including style, music, wording, and posting time, are mine, based on what works best for my audience.
• Your Story stays live for Instagram's standard 24-hour period.

5.Products I accept

I promote products that fit my lifestyle, beauty, home, and fashion audience. I may decline any product, including products that are illegal, unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, or adult; weapons; tobacco, vape, or cannabis products; gambling; and products that make medical or disease claims.

If I decline your product after you've paid, I'll refund you in full.

6.Payment, refunds, and cancellations

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and paid in full at checkout through Stripe.
• All sales are final. Your order enters my production queue immediately after purchase and is non-refundable.
• The only exceptions: if I decline your product, or if I don't post a Story or Link in Bio you paid for, I'll refund what you paid for that service.
• Please contact me before filing a chargeback so we can resolve any issue directly.

7.Usage rights

• You may use the finished video for your brand's organic (unpaid) social media posts.
• Paid advertising use, including ads, boosted posts, whitelisting, or Spark Ads, isn't included. It needs a separate written agreement and fee.
• I keep ownership of the finished video and may show it in my portfolio and on my channels.
• You keep ownership of your product assets and trademarks. You give me permission to use them to create and post your promotion and to show it in my portfolio.

8.Disclosures

Every promotion is clearly disclosed as paid, using Instagram's Paid Partnership label, #ad, or both, as FTC guidelines require. I label AI-generated or AI-altered content when Instagram's rules or the law require it. I won't hide or remove a required disclosure.

9.No guaranteed results

The numbers on my sales page, including reach, link clicks, audience data, and the 38% average sales increase, are examples of past results. Views, clicks, sales, rankings, and return on investment aren't guaranteed. They depend on your product, price, offer, Amazon listing, and other factors.

10.Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your product, its safety, your Amazon listing, the claims you provide, and following Amazon's policies. I don't manage your Amazon account. You agree to cover any claims or costs brought against me because of your product, your assets, or the claims you provided.

11.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. I'm not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or changes, outages, or restrictions on Instagram or Amazon.

12.Not affiliated with Amazon or Instagram

Lychee Style isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or Instagram (Meta). Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

13.Changes and governing law

I may update these terms. The version posted when you buy applies to that order. These terms are governed by California law, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
